Be open when your design team asks about your intentions so the whole team works towards the same goal.
- What do you consider expensive? Budget is something you should discuss as it’s incredibly pertinent to the home renovations you’ll be getting. So, whether they ask for a price range or your general feeling on cost appropriateness for the project, money should be discussed during your design consultation.
- Who lives in the home? When the question comes up about who lives in the home, be thorough. Are there children, pets, or regular visitors with special needs? There can be safety concerns to remember or other design requirements that your team needs to be aware of.
